Join us for one hour of mindfulness, meditation, and energy recalibration. Each month we explore different themes depending on current energies. Space is held so you can reconnect to yourself, clear what no longer serves, and send healing into the Collective Consciousness. This class brings together gentle restorative yoga poses with Reiki treatments that use the placement of hands to support and boost the body’s natural healing processes by recharging the student with Universal Life Force Energy.
